I am very satisfied with the work culture and my personal career growth. I have learnt a lot and growing with positive attitude. All credit goes to Management and founders leadership. There are strict code of conducts which bothers people but those discipline actually helps to grow.

Dislikes

i am writing not about dislikes but company should focus on its growth first and then people as i have seen employee tend to disrespect the culture

Ennoble IP has provided me this opportunity when no other company was ready to hire me as i was a fresher and everyone needs an experienced candidate. The management has shown trust in me and provided me the chance to work at Ennoble IP. I really like the work culture and i am very happy to with Ennoble IP.

Work culture is terrific. Ennoble Ip terminate their employees without any reason. Politics is played in this company.No training is given.

Dislikes

The CEO De. Shweta Singh of Ennoble ip fires the employees of her company without giving any valid reason. She is failed as a CEO and founder. Company works on lies.
