Full time data entry work, working from last 1 decade with very less income, Its hurts so much, lots of pressure given with multiple task & forcing of double department works. Due to pressure given in working task I loss my eye vision, loss my one and only my mom due to financial problems to care about her, also didn't married dueto very lowest income given, all works credits taken to others no single appreciate to me and always talking about numbers games. And also lying to me with promises about incentives. But no single star performing given to me.....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
