India is a shared service centre that does not exist in the scheme of things for the top management guys. They seem to consider this place like some condemned cell filled with fools and just run miles away from anything to do with India.This operates like a totally independent entity and is run by 3 cunning people called India management the GM,the finance & ssc head and the HR head who lack capability and competence.They specialise in dirty corporate politics,gossip,rumour mongering and spreading hate among the people.The top management is well aware of everything but chooses to be a dumb spectator because they are clueless of what they actually want or maybe they dont want India at all.Bullying, high employee turnover,no JD,no appraisals, no induction, low employee morale is considered normal here.If you are willing to be buttering the people who are favorites to the SSC head and nod in agreement to everything wrong and tell several lies in support of the India management to the top management you will get 100% increment as well as retention bonus in lakhs of rupees and work from home ,if not you will get 0% and be targeted for nothing. This place will bring down your self confidence to the bottom. They lure you with high salaries and designation and get qualified people to work as glorified data entry clerks and report to people who have neither education nor experience.. The management team, particularly those based in the Mumbai office, lacks a proper understating of the oil and gas industry.Both these idiots came from different sector and are trying to impose a rigid, school-like structure on the workplace, with set timing for break and lunch hours. There is also noticeable favouritism when it comes to promotions and salary increments, which are not based on performance but rather personal bias. If these individuals remains in leadership roles at EnerMech India, the company risks not securing a single project, and even if they do, they will mishandle it within days, later blaming others by falsely claiming that external parties are not interested in continuing projects with us. No structured appraisals, poor salary and very low increment. There is no job security. On job training is given. Only 1 semiconductor project, no other project in pipeline. Management supports politics, they do not keep their words. Earlier management agreed to WFH and now they changed to WFO. Unprofessional work culture, too many people complaining. Work hours is flexible Most of employees are good except the informers to management. Salary is credited to account by end of month. Health insurance. Pooled lunches.

No job security Little or no training. No formal appraisals. Politics from top management. Miscommunication and U turns from management is common. Low salary, poor hike. High staff turnover. The informers and lapdogs to management are favoured.

My work was into IT Support and it included Network & Server and many other things technically speaking. Global exposure is there in EnerMech almost for everyone as per the company requirement.
