Health insurance. Work from home. Salary is on time. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

No structured appraisals, poor salary and very low increment. There is no job security. On job training is given. Only 1 semiconductor project, no other project in pipeline. Management supports politics, they do not keep their words. Earlier management agreed to WFH and now they changed to WFO. Unprofessional work culture, too manypeople complaining. Too many resignations. Many decisions of management is arbitrary. It is a poorly run organization....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
