A motivating positive management. A good and fair payscale and a team that backs creativity.
Dislikes
Lack of company's own content. Company often piggy backs on partner organisation work. Creativity means plagiarism in their language. No respect for genuine ideas.
Work Details
Although I enjoyed my initial few years at EPIC very much, the last 2 years have been nothing but boring and full of monotonous activities. Despite the company not having much of it's own content, the onus of performance is only on one team.
