The oldies won't transfer the knowledge. Leadership team and HR has Nothing to do with people management. Please please please don't join this organisation for operations department.

Company Policies are very employee friendly and beneficial. Leaves. 5 Days working. Work Life Balance.

Dislikes

Internal politics and job security. You can be removes even after achieving employee of the year award. No job security. Nothing special in the process. Need to update the softwares. The worrst is training team. They do nothing with the trainings. You'll learn everything regarding your process when get on the floor.
