Job security is almost zero, work culture not professional. Firing an employee is common here. Management takes care of those people who roam around boss and feed required info round the clock. Honest and straight forward employees fall behind as they could not get attention of their boss. As company policies, it can be rated as average. Management always claim to be transparent, but in reality it is far far away from it. Appraisal are routinely done each year, but they are never fair. Leave aside getting good salary hikes. There is lot of politics. Bosses often threaten and insult loudly to subordinates frequently in presence of juniors. Salary is average. Carrier growth very slow. Shouting is a common phenomenon which is almost everyday seen there.

Work Details

It is little hectic and full of routine. Working late hrs after regular work hrs is almost every day demand.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
