After covid going back to work was not easy they should look for hybrid models or work from home options for back office and for those guys who are non productive.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
