It has fair work life balance. You can get the leaves easily compare to other organisations. Technical dep have the 2 days weekend and they don’t ruin your weekend. Job security is good comparatively in technical department. (Not good in non-tech department) Work from home is there if you have valid reasons.

Dislikes

Technical growth will stagnate in few years as they have their own products which are almost ready. Financial growth will reduce after certain years. Decision making, critical thinking, Issue analysis, discipline , abilities are reduced in software department if you’re looking for job.

Work policy: You have to negotiate with HR. There is no fix rule. But you have to clerify this before tou join. 3 to 4 people are working from home fully.
