A company you will miss you entire life once you have resigned as they do not have join back policy. They offer you options to improve your skills. The management really listens to you. Dislikes

There is hardly any a negative side. Just that you get frustrated if you are unable to achieve your targets and are unable to collect in spite of all your efforts and delivering your working hours. Collections is either your thing or is not. There are no In betweens.

The best part about working with Encore is that they are very employee centric and have a well established infrastructure and career opportunities which keeps the employee engaged in performing exceptionally well.

Dislikes

The organisation has strict rules about 0% tolerance in case of any breach happening, I believe they could work out two or three warnings before giving any termination letter.
