I have never in my life worked in such a great company that puts efforts in not only building the managers to leaders but also invests heavily in developing agents to managers. The whole environment, along with the people that work there is extremely positive. The company provides a lot of perks to its employees and makes sure that they are taken care of. The culture of encore is unmatchable.

Dislikes

The only thing I disliked about the company was that I had to take calls, that too is due to my medical condition and had nothing to do with the company.

The work life was extremely satisfying, I had a great manager, the team was extremely helpful and we all had a close bond with each other. Each day I was excited to go to work and I know not a lot of people can say that about their jobs.

Culture is the biggest USP of this company, the work environment is pretty good and individual contribution always appreciated.

Dislikes

Post in the change of higher management money factor is messed up, it seems like they look for an excuse to make a deduction in compensation. Earlier this used to never happen but this has started from last 1 year, a drastic change in variable payout was there, the encore was famous for their variable payout but losing their very good employees because of that.

The payout is quite decent. The company doesn't hesitate is paying its employees, given the employee earns it. Extra efforts results in extra payout overhead.

Dislikes

It spoils the work life balance as you can never get rid of numbers as long as you choose to work here. At times, extended shifts are done by employees to achieve their targets but gets no overtime for it and if you choose not to extend then it becomes a question on one's intent. Also, there is a lot of politics here so you better be aware if what you are signing up for. Girls are given extra care and importance for obvious reasons. The place is full of opportunists. Encore is my debut company in my career I am proud to says that Encore is one of the best company which I came across., alots of fun and no work pressure, and the process easy . the management are too good and always helpful .. and no community divide everyone has a same emotions and feeling which we have in our own family..
