The academic department is headed by Vice principal and all teachers report to them. Branch coordinator and reception manage the admin work. Regular training is there. Paid leaves and casual leaves are given. Come work and go home. No need to prepare syllabus etc. All material is given.

Owners behaviour,job security. Anytime he can throw out any employee,his way of talking is extremely rude (getout of my company/pakad ke bahar phek de mere company se....... this type of words are used). It doesn't matter how you are in person,he will treat you like a non-human being. You can't even ask a single question on anything.
