I worked for 2 years back in this company, working with such companies is the real meaning of working with startups, New generation look for comfort I recommend them to go to any MNC and sit and wait for work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
