I am at a loss of words when it comes to this

The culture of not nurturing the new talent; associates are only employed for number punching/basic work. Post Covid experienced associates were ousted and replaced by freshers (for 1/3rd the cost). There is no value for honest work. If there is a fault by the analyst, associate is to take the blame for it alone.

The good thing here is that : 1) The associates group is very jovial and helping 2) It gives you a launching platforms for similar roles in the future 3) You get access to a lot of information about stocks to pick.

1) CEO, micromanages every thing ( even where should one sit in the office) and keeps track of who is where ( location) 2) Employees treated poorly 3) Horrible work culture, no work life balance 4) Poor appraisal. 5) Very poor work ethics 6) No parity in salary. Salary ranges from 6L to 26L for the same designation. 7) Cannot stay for more than 1-1.5 years.
