Inequality in payscale. the new joinees get a better salary package as compared to the old ones. new employees with similar or lesser experience similar or lesser education get higher packages as compared to already working employees. the management should be more considerate to increase the wages of the old employees even when the cost of living in uae and around the globe has significantly increased. the work and personal life balance of contract employees is a mess. one day of rest after working in shift schedule is very hard, specially afternoon and night shift....Read More
