They terminated many staff after agreement of 40% salary deduction with staff instead of helping in this pandemic situation.

Dislikes

The Company didn't thought about me and my family. They terminate from my 15 years of good service without any constructive feedback with other 650 colleagues and it seems like "they followed I do not like criteria". They did not inform in advance, so that at least we can start to think and prepare our self to find another job before termination especially the person who are staying with their family. I am staying with my 2 child and wife. Company gave the excuse of COVID-19 and told us that there is no business, but they hired many people after my termination on big position (Room Division Director, F&B Director, Assistant F&B Director etc.) and posting more positions in Job website (Indeed) to hire<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If company had no business then why they hired people with huge salary and packages which is 5 to 6 times more than my salary and packages</mark>. Now it has been around 3 months that I am looking for new Job but its difficult to get in this Pandemic. Now they are forcing to Cancel my VISA and to remove from Company accommodation but before during termination they told that they will cooperate with us to not cancel the VISA till I get another job and will allow to stay in accommodation....Read More

Work Details

I was working as a number 2 in the department with all my honesty and hard work. I was very much supportive to the department and company that management knows very well, as I was always in front of their eyes. They did partiality by terminating me.

Company policies are good. Teammates are supportive and the management is indifferent ,they give employee of the month & year but salary is not good.
