For the name sake its big but employee growth is very minimal and pay wise its very low. Compensation is completely unfair with market.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no reason for dislike.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

It was a very good atmosphere . The best company providing the salary for about 55000 staff oncluding outstation on time that is on 26 of every month. According to my office making duty roster sanctioning the leave in our office was we yourself. No need of involving any manager as likeother departments. We the shift manager, duty officers and co-ordinators were very friendly and help each other for the satisfied operations. Overall basis iam a staff totally satisfied and retired from emirates airlines after 28 years and 3 months sevice at Dubai international airport. My only regret was they are too strict with their policies. Anyone can make a mistake once in a while, but they don't reconsider their decisions. As far as I am concerned I had highest cooperation and encouragement from my managers. Sometimes not often work demands are high as there is no enough manpower available all the time. Sometimes you supervisors are inconsiderate and ask you to perform non-stop for 14-15 hrs. Apart from that I had no regrets....Read More

Work Details

Although my work is very challenging looking after very expensive/modern aircraft, it was never boring. I get to attend various courses/ training sessions to continuously improve my skills. Sometimes it is a bit tiring, but it's well taken care of.
