Work culture and benefits are good. If you work for sales your life is great but if you get job in diffrent departments like IPO or supply chain you will not learn anything and will spoil your self. Its always better to join other company to upgrade your self which at end will give higher package in industry along with good domain knowledge.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Emerson is good for old people like 45 and above or females or for senior positions where you have to get settled and no requirement for upgrading your self. Office is full of politics and favourism for promotions. If you want to grow and of young age or in starting of your career better do not join.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
