No appreciation. Lack of process in IT. No work and life balance. Strict working hours. Need to give explanation for each of your minutes spend out of 8hrs. No work freedom.

Work is good but management is really bad from the managers perspective.

Dislikes

Worst micromanagement by senior managers, they are not technical and leading a group of technical engineers. Will always provide negative feedback, and create unnecessary competition between team members .

There is job security for sure and the office is located in Mohali so expense is low as compared to metro cities. In mohali there is less IT scope so opportunity is less. Over all OK with working with Emerson. Policies:- Management need to work on compensation and progression, these are up to market standard.

Dislikes

There is as such, environment and management are cool. Only thing, we need to wait atleast 2-3 years to get the promotion (If you are performing) else it could be more than years.
