First they never delay salaries, during lock down also they made it a point that every employee will get paid. Working environment is very good & there is no politics in the company.

Nothing is there in this company to like about. This company is really horrible to work upon. They do not have any policies in place. This company is full of politics and run on the Hitler's rule. The director are involved in all the small small matter and does not allow the manager to take any decision. There is huge opinion difference between the directors and the employees are unnecessarily suffered....Read More

There is no job security at all. They tend to remove employee like anything. There is no humanity or soft corner about anybody. They remove anybody over the night without any reason. They do not have manners and ethics while dealing with anybody. Keep on involving all the small activities and put the blame on employee at the end. They do not pay compliance correctly and manipulate the same. In 2 years almost 45 HR Manager either removed or left the job due to their harassment. I haven't seen such a company in my entire career of 12 years. They will employ you and will make a seat at home. My advise not to join such company, rather seat at home and join some good company even you paid less....Read More
