At emcure I am working with costing Dept. 1.There is Lot's of learning if any one is interested in core costing job. 2. SAP H4 HANA but costing module not implemented. 3. Except HOD other work culture is Good.

Dislikes

1.Dept. Work culture. 2.HR and Top Management know the HOD is the main problem at employee T/O 3. You can't expect IT culture. 4. 4 th Saturday off but due to month end one person need to come. HOD not allowed to take short leave , CL,EL. Or C-off. Every time all subordinate have clashes about there leave.

At the beginning there was struggle. But after that I manage my work with stipulated time and also handle HOD issue with HR.
