Onboarding is a wishful suicide Mid level management is very toxic. You bosses try to rule over your life. My boss even operated my phone without my permission in the name "itna kya ghar se phone aata hai". You will be traumatized every night by the thought of seeing toxic people next morning. HR will never ever choose what is correct. They will favor only their seniors just to get into good books. Your own bosses will try to frame you just to escape bullets. I am thoroughly enjoying my work being in capex and opex procurement of engineering goods. Bosses are non toxic and colleagues are very supportive.

Salary appraisals are very poor and does not depend on performance. Also no guarantee of promotion even if you have worked for a long time.
