Only thing is you will get to work on many things at a time. So you will get a chance to learn new things.

Terrible work life balance. Need to work day and night. No weekends. Stressful environment. Manager has no sense of time. Can call you even at mid of the night. Horrible place to work. They treat people as bonded labour.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
