- No Work-life Balance - Constant Threat for Working Weekends, No Leaves, and LOP - Experience doesn't matter. Even fresher or low experience people get chance to boss around experienced person if buttering well to manager.

I have completed 1 year at Embibe and i have felt that there is little bit of work pressure but nothing negative about it. Because all jobs do have targets and builds stress when you try to achieve it.

Transparency and flat hierarchy are the things about this company that I love most. The management and leadership don't play hide and seek with the employees. Everything is out there for everyone to know, to discuss, to debate. You do not agree with something. That's great. You can go ahead and raise your concern openly either to your manager or anyone else, even to the CEO. They have an open-door policy and everybody is approachable. The product is mindblowing. Nothing in particular. Sometimes, we have to work for 12-13 hours at a stretch. But that can't be helped. The education sector is like that.

There is an immense opportunity to learn new things and upskill yourself. The team members are very supportive and cheering. The content managers and the editors are very supportive. Weekly training sessions are also conducted.

It's none as everything about the company is best. Working culture, teammates, work-life balance is always good.
