There is nothing good to like about this company.

You can loss your anytime by getting a single mail from HR. Don't even think about a good appraisal while during your tenure in this company. Very poor work culture. Anybody can back stab you, anytime. Think twice before submitting your resume.

Very supportive seniors and managers. Office space is very modern and comfortable. Best job experience as a writer with this unit.

1. The management doesn't want to retain people. 2. It was only after the hdfc bank abusive manager video, that the academic head kept quiet. Otherwise she is equally abusive. 3. Basic amenities in office are absent. 4. Now it has become a medieval aged office where no tea breaks, no smoke breaks and not even any celebration is done. Its a dead silent office. 5. Wont comment on what work we do here, it is a genuine effort from each and everyone present and past.. but there is a overall large scale lack of appreciation. 6. Sick place. Abhishek Singh of the marketing department was my manager. He is an absolute fool. As a writer I was constantly schooled in such stupid processes that I just could not handle it anymore. He would delay processes to the hilt! A guy called Karthik from the SEO team, who is not a writer himself, tried telling me how I should write and tried giving me advice on writing. The guy could barely speak good English and was telling me how to write! Shameful place. Apparently Mandvi and Amit Jena would threaten employees with termination. Such a sorry place. It was hell. Terrible work culture; Top management is among the worst in the ed-tech sector in the country. Poor in terms of employee benefits (insurance to be paid out of pocket). No leave encashment (forced to work on leaves). No on-job training. First-level managers blame the executives and second-level managers blame the first-level managersand the executives. Forced resignations are the norm. People are often forced to resign even during the notice period (in case of willful resignations). In most cases, once the project is over, employees for that project are forced to resign. Tip: Not bad for short-term employment (less than 1 year). There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team. Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. Pretty much every fresher wants to work here when they see the salary difference. I was under Moumita Ganguly who is the academic manager, she taught a need of your client rather do sales.
