Here managers are getting salaries in lakhs and doing nothing except torturing people. In content creation, subjects leads are most useless person. They don't do anything whole day and discussing only share market and Bitcoins.

No work life balance. You will be treated as slaves. Official Saturday is holiday but you have to work on every Saturday.

There is no salary hike and no security for job. Just use and throw policy. No work life balance sometime we worked on Saturday also without any comp off. If you work hard and your quality is best, they will give you more work nothing else.

I was appointed as an Academic Validator and signed an agreement for one year. After working there for two and half months, all the VPs' were informed that we don't need to work for some days. We waited for one month, our seniors had no clues when we will be given work again. Then 50 days passed, but we are not being given any task.As our payment is based on our work and we are not given any task so we are not getting paid.
