There is no one from whom you can learn. No scope of skill development. No one is clear about the system. Random people are given responsibility. Minimum interaction with fellow members in the team. Freshers and inexperienced fellow do not even try to get suggestions from experienced ones. Unorganised way of working leads to the wastage of economic resources.

There is nothing like about this company.

Here managers are getting salaries in lakhs and doing nothing except torturing people. In content creation, subjects leads are most useless person. They don't do anything whole day and discussing only share market and Bitcoins.

There is no salary hike and no security for job. Just use and throw policy. No work life balance sometime we worked on Saturday also without any comp off. If you work hard and your quality is best, they will give you more work nothing else.

We waited for one month, our seniors had no clues when we will be given work again.
