It’s hard to find likings about Jio embibe! Salary was on time and there wasn’t any pressure to produce something creative! Embibe working is more like mechanical, only produce numbers and go home to sleep well. Leadership team is not having any need of positive contribution, add value in your job so that’s good for you team members to fill report with required numbers . They talk about ownership but that’s only talks no action. Anyone wants to get relax and work join Jio embibe.

Jio embibe is video production company in the field of education. It’s culture less organisation. Team leaders are busy with google meets whole day! They don’t bring any value, knowledge or skills on table. All the load goes towards lower level workers.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no salary hike and no security for job. Just use and throw policy. No work life balance sometime we worked on Saturday also without any comp off. If you work hard and your quality is best, they will give you more work nothing else.

...ects I get to work on here at Embibe - product related, social media, marketing. The learning opportunities are great and the pay is good too. There is good job security as Reliance is funding. I joined as a fresher and it's been more than 2 years in this company for me. Overall, I am happy. Learned so many new things. The managers train you well and we have access to all the best resources.

Nothing in particular. Sometimes we get a lot of things on our plate. But this is expected in a startup ecosystem.

1. Great work satisfaction as I am getting to contribute to education. 2. High salary package. No other company offers that much. 3. Good job security as it is part of Reliance family. 4. Immense scope of getting promotion if you deliver and exceed expectations. 5. Learning scopes are great.
