Management not responding your problems. your seniors decide ,what is your salary for this month.At 1st week , your target of the month is 10 lakh and insensitive is Rs4500 for achieving 90% of the target.but it reduces after 26th upto 18lakh in same month,and no insensitiv given after achieving 19lakh above in the same month.

Distributor landing in Navaratna oil is Rs2585 per case but in retail it's cost is 2550 with GST. How it's possible? Seniors are use our salary & insensitive for hit the month target. Suggestions: Please transfer the salary & incentive in Accounts.

Beside,all above mentioned; Some things are disappointed me many times... 1- In the comparison with other Big FMCG companies - too much difference between salaries among same designations/post. Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy.
