Everything apart from work life balance as timings are mostly fixed from 10 to 6 but if you're late then be ready to be marked absent. Before joining ask the Hr to provide full joining letter with all the clauses as even the Hrs are cheats and won't honour any commitment. If you're absent on Friday and Monday then even Saturday andSunday will be counted as leave and 4 days will be deducted from your leave balance (sandwich leave concept). It typical Baabu company which has a toxic working environment and culture. More than 80% of the people are 35+ or near retirement age.
