2nd and 4rth of Saturdays are off ... ..very large cafetaria in Kolkata .

Managment is Horrible in IMD or IBD Behaviours of executive are like owners ...you can imagine the about the MD level , very cruel company .... it is very difficult for any new joinee to survive for 3 months in IMD .. No growth... at all ... old employee is not coorperative

Employees working hard for the betterment of the organisation does not get their due. Office politics, favouritism, etc. are some of the examples of its detoriating culture.

Everything. No job security, they can kick off anytime they want.no respect towards employees, shouting in front of others. No worklife balance. Strict login time. Otherwise half day applied after 1 min late.

Products are demanded in the market during season. If season not work nobody can sale the products. Job security. Salary benefits. Company is upgrading as per the market behaviour.

Increment structure of company is worst. ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM. RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy. All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post. ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.

Emami's products range is very good, every product is well known and acceptable among Indian consumers. Work-life balance is also good. And company is growing day by day and expend their product range also. So Here no issues for increasing our sales and revenue. And one of the most important thing is that- Emami is the top most growing Indian Brand.

Beside,all above mentioned; Some things are disappointed me many times... 1- In the comparison with other Big FMCG companies - too much difference between salaries among same designations/post. Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy. So frontline workers have lot of pressure for achieving their targets. 5- So If management address these issues timely, Then no other compititor defeat Our great organization Emami limited ever.
