The promoters are good. They want to run this vertical professionally.

Run by a bunch of jokers. The PAN India projects head has no communication skills, no technical knowledge, has no prior experience in execution. An unrealistic personality added with only lies and keeps the top management ij darkness. The person's office ettiquette is sub-zero as the person chews substances inside office, has no gender respect. Has a habit of frightening subordinates, is involved in lot of laundering activities and wants subordinates to be a party to crime and if he / she refuses they are shown the door. Here if a candidate leaves he/ she has to serve notice period and then also full and final settlement is at the whims and fancies of the running management. But if he/ she is fired then it is one hour's notice sometimes not even a minute. Often scuffs happens inside office premises between staff and sub-staffs and there is no control. The governing management has a peculiar habit of monitoring through cctv access who is going to restrooms and how many times. No concrete planning and work on table. There are so many things to dislike about working at Emami Realty Limited, in short 'EVERYTHING' . They don't want to give incentives so they give new new excuses, though you achieve your target but still company will give some unique excuses to not to give you incentive. They want sale from you from the very first day of your joining, if you can't perform they will directly ask you to give resignation. There is no ethics in this company at all. This is the worst venture of Emami Group. They give lots of pressure, i can understand that pressure is every where in sales field but they give pressure like anything, totally pathetic....Read More
