No vision, poor payment, strong hierarchy, no respect for talent. Even if one does better, the promotions are like Govt. Organisations - time bound irrespective of the calibre of individuals. Secondly, since it is based out of Kolkata, so people stay in the organisation for long without acquiring newer skills and the organisation isleast bothered about it. Thirdly the company does not allow for work from home even one needs it. Fourthly it has Saturday working. And this does not mean company is doing extremely well.
