So , as a pharmacist you have job security because you have your registration and company only want you , just you have the pharmacist registration .

Well work culture,work satisfaction, work life balance , behaviour of the HR everything is bad . Actually they are double feces , when you join the company, their behaviour is very good but when you resign, they are very unethical. Also , their work place is worst , incharge, maneger will never grant your leave even though you aresick. Even the company doesn't leave you when you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary.
