I have worked this company from last 3 year's..my opinion this company job satisfaction is good..& all departments are so friendly with helping eatch other..top to bottom all worker are satisfied to their work position.

Dislikes

I have specially dislike to promotion time period..hear next promotion take more time upto 5- 6 years.. & also salary not satisfied for lowest management levels..this is not suitable all's assistance officer to executive.

The management is not good its very poor and hr is so terrible 😔 because hr 🤥 lied with joining employees in kandla unit because as in my opinion the says different things when you give an interview but reality is different, after joining date they says different and behaviour is also so horrible because hr don't behaviour good with new joinner. The hr manager behaviour is not good with joinner and they didn't recruit by there there qualifications. When i join the company after some times i realised that they don't hired me on engineer post they hired me on fitter they don't think that the person which we hiring he is mechanical graduate they don't respect the qualification. I don't want to take any ones name but this is the reality. Also such issues with your colleagues, there are some one i meet in in my department there are one person. Him behaviour not good. Everything One of the Worst Company to work with Hiring & Firing , toxic working Culture Manager used to make huge Pressure Regarding Primary no work life balance lots of politics in upper Level in every 3 to 4 Months new employee left the company due to harrassment by his seniors & upper level so I request people not to work in this company if you want to destroy your carrer
