Selection procedure of the company is not good. Assessment is just for the name. Even if you clear assessment they take people as per their preference rather than knowledge or abilities. Also, they take people on the basis of reference. Hence leading to toxic work culture. Also found management of the company extremely toxic. Worst experience. Would not recommend.
