Teammates were supportive. There were a huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

HR is the worst. Managers hired are inhuman and not understood subordinate problems. Lot of politics between leaders. Salary was decent but career growth was nil.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
