Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. For customers- they are not customer centric, their policies always comes between satisfaction. Delay payment charges, transfer charges, holding charges are very high as compared to other real estate brands. Selection procedure of the company is not good. Assessment is just for the name. Even if you clear assessment they take people as per their preference rather than knowledge or abilities. Also, they take people on the basis of reference. Hence leading to toxic work culture. Also found management of the company extremely toxic. Worst experience. Would not recommend.
