Thank you for your valued feedback. Regarding processes and payment delays: We have established SOPs to ensure smooth operations. However, successful implementation requires mutual adherence from both employees and the organization. When all employees follow the set processes as outlined, it enables the employer to respond promptly and efficiently. Regarding vendor payments, these are cleared as per agreed credit terms. If there has been any delay, it is typically tied to concerns or issues related to the services provided, which are addressed accordingly.
