Not a lot of startups are doing that There are interesting/challenging problems to work on The leadership team provides visibility into the business. They are also open to feedback. It's easy to reach out to them and let them know your concerns There is flexibility with respect to timings

There is lack of quality engineering Work pressure - Less time is given to build out new things. At times it feels like things are being done in a rushed manner
