The work pressure is very high.sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Generally speaking, my work is to handle man power, site staff like labour supervisor and telling them for good quality of work as per the design.Maintening all machinary records, Daily submitting the DPR to HO office And all my senior staff.
