Likes

All the teammates were wonderful. It was a place of virtual teaching and the students were awesome. Work environment was good. One can learn so much from even from the students.

Dislikes

Some teammates were trying to suppress the growth of the youngsters so that they earn a good name from the management. That was the only flaw. The least most dislike was increment. Management should appreciate the work of the staffs by giving increment time by time.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
