No one blamed others, everyone took responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Everyone helps each other. There is no fight between the Developer and QA everyone works harmoniously. Everyone respects everyone equally. listening to their thought and opinions even if you are fresher, junior or senior. exposure to the latest technology. We follow Agile (All processes).

Nothing much, But I guess it could have better if we hire people more out side of Kerala and also we should open our branches in greater IT hubs of India like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi etc. so it will be helpful for organization as well to get more head count and in branding point of view as well.
