I was interviewed here. Gave 4 rounds including hr round. From the very beginning I had made my current salary and my salary expectations clear and yet even after 4 rounds and giving positive hints, they did not hire me. Why waste precious time when you don’t have money to hire a tenured resource? Don’t entertain from the very beginning instead of taking so many rounds and wasting so much time.
