It is a small unorganized sector where there is no job security. One have to work here by keeping the threat in mind that they can be thrown out of the company anytime. They will harrass you to another level so that you leave the company because they must have got all the required work. The TL's are terrible and they are just a bunch of aunties. There is no professionalism or skill set in these people. It was a mistake that I joined this organization. The owner of the company is the manager, work allocator, HR. So, basically he is the only onw who does not have any knowledge about a particular department. They do not provide a valid pay slip because their company is not legal. The company is not worth joining. they dont provide payslip, they dont provide offer letter, they harass employees, their team leads are inefficient. they do copy paste work from different websites. they force employees to leave the company and if you talk against management you are finished then and there.
