A place where on a normal day your money gets deducted just cause the HR didn't see you for he was away from the office and the best part, you worked over time. Another interesting thing is that the HR of the company is also the owner so he is pretty much the dictator. I would hate for anyone to fall in their trap. Save yourself and don't join in.

Everything. The boss is a dictator and deducts money on days you are not only present but are doing overtime. Sick leaves are laughed at and money deducted is never given back.

It is a small unorganized sector where there is no job security. One have to work here by keeping the threat in mind that they can be thrown out of the company anytime. They will harrass you to another level so that you leave the company because they must have got all the required work. The TL's are terrible and they are just a bunch of aunties. There is no professionalism or skill set in these people. It was a mistake that I joined this organization. The owner of the company is the manager, work allocator, HR. So, basically he is the only onw who does not have any knowledge about a particular department. They do not provide a valid pay slip because their company is not legal.
