There's nothing called privacy, sharing everything means you are loyal if not you're in their bad books. There is no such thing as being honest and having our own opinion, work their way or high way. In simple words, no growth, no personal life, no respect, no ethics. Everything up there is a pure show of domination.

They're simply bluffing with their appearance and ambience saying they have open office but they practice very unhealthy work culture. There's discrimination on so many levels and explicit inequality. They don't have any HR Policies neither follows any of them. They'll extract ideas from you and give credit to someone else very openly.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
