Only thing I like is the salary part....it's credited exactly on 5th of every month.

-0 work-life balance -dont think it's a reliance subsidiary so job is secured... recently company forced more than 45 sales officer to resign because company denied to pay salary.Also told that otherwise company will terminate employees. - Daily meeting which are completely unnecessary and no timing sense they arrange meetings whenever they want even at night 9-10:30 pm - Don't expect promotion here -The worst thing is the HR they won't respond to your call or text unless you are a manager - unnecessary deduction from salary like 2200 insurance per month...like seriously ? If any problem occurs then everyone will give advice but no one will help you....Read More

Seniors action and decisions are very bad. They don't care about your problems and issues what you have faced in market. I you have create you base in market day by day they gives your retailer and distributors any other person without your permission and knowledge. In the end you will feel you have no working base.
