Salary increment policy very bad .people work whole year but increment is like worst & always prefer reference person for the job and increment also given to the reference person first.if he know anything or not but it doesn't matter but he will prefer first.

There is a lot of politics by sinior staff and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary payment ontime but every year have dirty poor increament so career growth is too slow.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
