This Company HR culture make so poor from previous 4 years ,HR was so lazy not take any responsibility of staf. Management also not good for Non executive employ not any extra benefit. This Company everything good only for government B-tech employ otherwis other diploma ,iti or privat b-tech or experience person value is 0.

The only liking about ESL is: it is near to my hometown.

As a GET, I have experienced less skill development for my carrer growth. Not having proper training for new joinee. And many more demotivating things came like for growth and salary and while working too. Also, many people especially seniors person resign from here which would lead all the work pressure to a single person.
