No job security, very bad behavior of department head, my 3 collauge join with me resigning the job within 1 year, continues out door travel in one year I spend just 20 to 30 days in pune. Department head force works on weekly holiday also without paying that day over time, suddenly plan from one work place to another place withoutany intimation. Not provided properly techanical training, any failure in machine or delay on machine commissioning completely take responsible to service engineer even the problem found in factory trail. Good work environment and culture. There is a huge and continuous techanical learning as a service engineer, management is transparent and supportive, they paid Good salary and increments, much supportive co-employee, you gate support from all departments & they share knowledge with you

On new employees as service engineer needs to be training carried out as per management schedule, need to be completed by department correctly

The job is interesting & challenging, I learn much more technical things on the job, the company give a full authority to give desicion on field as you represent it, during training I struggles to learning from trainer a little bite.
